## USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board Confirms Patentability of Intirion’s MicroFridge® Appliance, a division of Danby Appliances Co. **April 10, 2025** : **Foxborough, Massachusetts;** Yesterday, the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) upheld the patentability of Intirion’s innovative MicroFridge® combination appliance. U.S. Patent No. 11,674,745 was confirmed in its entirety.
