After presentations from McClure Engineering and staff, council gave consensus to pursue rehabilitation (not full reconstruction) of the primary runway, reducing the local share to about $1 million of an estimated $10 million project, and approved a five‑year airport capital improvement plan to seek FAA and state funding.
