I think Capcom's development structure must be kept in mind when analysing their credits. Transfers between divisions do happen sometimes (like Keiji Teranishi for RE9 and Tatsuo Isoko for WotS) but are rare. Even if the Executive Producers weren't giveaways it would be easy to deduce the divisions
