i mix isopure unflavored protein powder in a glass of milk with breakfast essentials powder every morning and it results in like almost 40 grams of protein in a single cup. taste like good ol chocolate milk :)

theyre also making me drink high protein isopure drinks but those are miserable so they don’t get included in the funny but tolerable meal list

yeah i struggle a lot w those too :( and the isopure can go in literally anything too, so its great to use w/ soups and treats and stuff as well!

Today I added orange flavored Metamucil to 2 scoops of low-calorie Isopure vanilla protein powder and it tasted like a creamsicle shake (with 50 grams of protein and RDA fiber). I’m going to make millions!

i’ve probably mentioned this before but if you want reasonably cheap whey protein you can sign up for a subscription for animalpak isopure whey protein. if you get 4x 4lb tubs at once you end up paying $43.50 per tub. i let the subscription run for a few months till i have a ton, then pause it.

I added Isopure whey protein isolate. And monkfruit to sweeten the 86% chocolate. Those topped w/ coconut were good, but a sea salt sprinkle was also excellent.
