Absolutely, not a problem. This is the minimum estimated diameter of the ring system around J1407b. Saturn's rings will not clump up into moons, but J1407's rings are so large that gravity will ultimately make moons out of them - we don't know if it will be in 1 million years or sooner!

You can have 2MASS J12073346-3932539 b! (Known as J1207 b to its friends), which is one of the only ringed exoplanets we know of!
