What stood out in Platner's interview with @chrislhayes.bsky.social is the way he uses progressive language about community and solidarity and accountability and openness to soften his image. As if to say, 'could a man this aware *really* be capable of doing such horrible things?'

Those are all of the high (low) lights of the Complaint. We'll see if the plaintiff signed an arbitration agreement and how the firm responds. For me, and for so many lawyers I know personally, these allegations are depressingly familiar.
