Horse meat…..Dad was training projectionists in Tahiti after the war. (He was with the NZ film unit for JForce prior to that)..anyway he said they ate a lot of horse and smothered it in garlic. So sadly we never had garlic when I was growing up. Pretty sure we didn’t have 🐎 either
