今日のお昼ごはんはシーフード炒飯。さっきまで観ていたJPNvUSA🏉 のアメリカ代表ユニフォームにwasabiとあったのを見て、練り山葵を入れたら爽やかな香りで美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした😋

シーフードの塩チャーハンが写っている。以下作り方。 シーフードミックスを塩水で戻しておく。キャベツピーマンねぎを適当に切る。卵をほぐしてゆるめのいり卵を作ってあげておく。ごま油で水を切ったシーフードミックスを炒め、野菜ご飯をさっと炒めあわせて鶏ガラスープの素おろしニンニク練りわさび花椒を入れて炒め、卵を戻し入れて炒めてできあがり。
