If you're allowed to build 80 units, and the town says, "well, you can get a density bonus to build 100 units, but 20% of them have to be affordable", then you have basicaly just added a load of extra cost of providing the affordable units for no additional market-rate units. It's not enough.

yeah it does feel like the entire system has been rigged against me especially with my own disability, just trying to stay out of people’s way and help others as best as I can with my own socioeconomic status.
