To put a finer point on this, there are multiple levels of intelink: unclass/NIPR, Secret/SIPR, and then TS (which rides on JWICS and can also handle SCI). It would be unusual for a username on one of the other intelinks to display an ic.gov domain because that's specific to JWICS

To be clear, there is plenty of stuff on JWICS that is unclassified just like any classified network, but how you would surreptitiously exfil screenshots from a classified network gets into some other aspects which may have uncomfortable answers for the source(s)
