No it hasn’t because a) the PS5 disc drive literally lacks the laser color needed to read CDs; and b) the jailbreakers are using software emulation for that.
The last console to have a dual chip design was the PS3 Fat that has both a full PS3 and a full PS2 inside of it.

So the jailbreakers spent the last two weeks bragging about 14.20 firmware exploits yet they can't play the Phantom Blade Zero PSN version because it's digital only and they need to wait for physical release in 2027.

I could see it go either way, with Nintendo offering to pay them to keep it off the store after this. Ones thing for sure, Nintendo is going to tighten security. This is the problem with the jailbreakers early on, they mention it publicly far too soon.

The jailbreakers and emulators are here to stay. With the prices of new consoles projected to surpass $1,000, and GTA 6 not being released for consoles and PCs at the same time, the urge to perfect the PC emulators will only increase. I would not bet against them.

The actual jailbreakers whose techniques ai robs are sidelined, ignored forgotten. Who needs em when you can pay a corporation to stop a corporation? And, when the ai bubble inevitably bursts all the real techniques are forgotten. Script kiddies paying corporations to call themselves hackers.
