Its a very sick, dysfunctional society that thinks jailing children is ok. Its all just profit to the capitalists and they use a small slice of that profit to lobby government to incarcerate yet more children. And we know white Australians prefer to see indigenous kids punished

Here’s a thought. Let’s stop incarcerating people for little to no reason then we won’t need prison staff at all. Much like housing, we need to stop treating prison as a ‘for profit’ enterprise. The concept is dystopian
