It’s March, which means (American) #IrishSodaBread! Today’s bake includes currents and raisins soaked in #JamesonColdBrew Coffee Whiskey (they were hard and needed a good soaking.) Made with #Irish butter, and a whole wheat, all purpose flour mix. They are mini loaves, two servings per loaf. #food
