Some #Photography from today's hike up north. I ended up at #JayCookeStatePark in #Minnesota. Although, not a true #waterfall. These rapids following the dam were impressive. All I could think of were old raft guide friends, from a life long gone. #WaterfallWednesday #Nature #rapids #whitewater

I like staying at the Slate cabin at Jay Cooke State Park because of the big rocks next to it. I also hiked the White Pine trail. Some ice and mud, but still a nice walk.

The park was closed Sat-Wed for a special deer hunt, so very few people had been out to help pack down the trail since the last 2 snow falls. This is from the Ogantz trail look out, looking south (I think) towards Wrenshall?
