Really strong, dynamic performance from #Starmer today at #PMQs.

He had #Badenoch on the ropes over the last #ConservativeGovernment's failure to imolrnted any of the recommendations from the #JayReport. #Badenoch only jumped on the #GroomingGangs bandwagon after #Musk's ranting on #X.

What the victims of the #GroomingGangd want above and beyond more inquiries is ACTION - for the recommendations of the #JayReport (after a 7 year long Inquiry) to be implemented. That should be done first and foremost.

I get what #LouiseCasey is saying about how she considers it is now the time for a public inquiry into the #GroomingGangs, but is it what the majority of the victims want? They should be our first consideration and the need to implement the recommendations in full of the #JayReport.

Tories plan to scupper this important bill today - by using their belated discovery that they ignored the #JayReport. It's so late in the process that parliamentary procedures kick in.

7yrs for the #JayReport to be done. Tory govt had enough time to implement safeguards against child abuse & didn’t. Soon as #Musk, #Reform & #Farahe wade in #Tories are screaming for a new inquiry.
