Spending my Saturday untangling some messy bookkeeping that is partly my fault, and partly the fault that we're switching from QBD to QBO and also dealing with the Jobtread integration. I'm ready to tear what's left of my hair out.

Having some kind of intermittent panic attack, so that's fun. I'm really overwhelmed about a lot of things both personally and professionally. Trying to manage it as best I can, I have a think tank session in a half hour about the CRM side of things in Jobtread.

It was a three meeting day and I'm pulling a late night at the office. Went out to grab dinner and came back to keep working. This all looks lowkey insane, but I'm starting to map out the #jobtread workflows and features to work on, what part of the sales process they're linked to, and more.

You're probably going to hear me talk a lot about Jobtread, because it has consumed the majority of my office life for the last six months or so: learning, programming, figuring out basic automations, and talking to sales reps about their workflows, and what they like and don't like about them.

So I've been learning about Salesforce just to leave it, and how to transfer as much as possible over to Jobtread, a CRM geared toward the construction industry - which I learned through a robust training suite, live webinars, an active fb group of users and devs, so many meetings, and good support.

Today I was in one webinar on my computer(AI leadership learning series), and another on my phone(what to expect under Trump 2.0 as an LGBTQ+ person), with an earbud from each webinar in my ear. And later, a think tank zoom call on the Jobtread budget feature as I was heading home.

Marathon day at the office. Still going. Getting so much accomplished though. Rebuilding my post it process layout (not yet pictured because it's still in progress) and color coded it with the colors I had on hand. Even created a key so other people might be able to understand it.

Still struggling with recognizable workflow/SOPs between QuickBooks and Jobtread, although I think I'm starting to get it under control. It's difficult when I only get 3 days a week to work on it, and a lot of that time overlaps with other people. My brain works differently with other people around.

Finished in quotes because I'm home from work and getting medicated but also poking around in the settings of Jobtread and solving shit. And answering last minute cleaning requests that I'm going to try to fit into my schedule on a tight timeline and possibly some new product investment.

Sort of. We have an outsourced IT department, and I started as only a bookkeeper, but I've become more tech oriented as I learned Jobtread, for the sake of saving the company tens of thousands of dollars a year.
