I think it's pretty safe to call this at this point. Even if some early voting and provisional ballots push Wade below 33%, it's hard to imagine Fleisher voters overwhelmingly preferring Pinkston given the first-round distribution

Juandiego Wade said at the last council meeting he probably wouldn’t vote for Flock if it came before them today. he’s perfectly capable of scheduling a vote to revoke their authority to operate in the city, and should do so immediately unless those were just empty words.
