I love it that Dan Hopson wrote the music for Jay’s song. Dan was a beloved Juneauite who passed this spring. In his 50+ years in Juneau touched a lot of us. He left a legacy of music in the students he taught, the evenings of guitar, the weddings he played and in the Alaska Folk Festival.
