I've given up on higher-level tools and am now calling `cargo`, `wasm-bindgen`, and `wasm-opt` manually (from a Justfile).

Hopefully this should somewhat insulate me from Ecosystem Churn™.

rather productive day at work today. 14 commits to our ansible inventory. figured out authorized key deployment so i never need to type passwords again. our inventory file looks better. justfile is getting better.
