ギアを取り変えて、プレートを洗って、フィラメントを乾燥させて、とあらゆる物を見直したが、だめ。
でも、気になったのが、フィラメントを送るモーターが火傷するほど熱い。
もしかして、この熱が、ギアに伝わって、フィラメントを溶かしたのでは・・・？
と、思い「k1max エクストルーダーモーター 熱い」で検索したら、このk1maxという機種ではこれが原因のスタックが夏に多発してるようだ。
新しいギアの遮熱板に古い遮熱版を重ねて二重にして、冷房を掛けて、天板を開けた状態でプリントしたら、今のところ正常に動作してる。
