A European Conformity (CE) logo has been added to Settings > System > About in the latest Dev build, and KB5046740 as well:
"Windows specifications" section of About settings in Windows 11. Below the details of the currently installed operating system is a CE marking, indicating that the product - Windows 11 - complies with legislation in the European Economic Area (EEA).

他にも変わっているところがあるかも知れないけれど、デバイスの切断、デバイスの接続のサウンド、(Windows ハードウェアの取り出し、ハードウェアの挿入)音が変わってる。

Windowsでコピー・カット・ペースト操作直後の文字入力の先頭1文字だけが直接入力の半角英数になる不具合(か→kあ)、私の環境では24年11月末のKB5046740以降と思われ、MS製、Google日本語入力、ATOKでも起こる。このアプデのクリップボード関連の不具合修正が新たなバグを引き起こしている可能性。そのWin+Vで出てくる「クリップボードの履歴」を経由してペーストとすると問題を回避できることを発見してしまった。コピーやカットでも問題は起こるけど、大半を占めるペースト後のバグは回避可能に。うちはなぜかKB5046740のパッケージIDが分からず削除できないので基本は修正待ち

自分があやしいとふんだKB5046740は後継パッチがあたっていてそれがセキュリティ更新を含んでいてDISMなどコマンドラインツールを使ってもアンインストールできなかった。四六時中文字入力をするのでせいさんせー爆下がりで頭が破裂しそうな日々だったけどカッとなってWindows Insider Programに加入(最も軽度な「リリース プレビュー」コース)したら降ってきたKB5050094でサイレント修正された模様。一般ユーザーにもまもなくかと。ひとまずコピ・カト・ペの後に「kあ」とかなる症状はなくなった!! 2カ月にわたる闘争が終わりを告げた。ATOK契約しちゃったけどまぁいいか……。
