It's not actually Yata, but a Meiji era relative because it was going to be from a Yaichi story. From what I recall of the Google translate I did, his story was too dark to include??

Particularly this bit from vol. 27 where Yata jumps in the van next to Karatsu, and then just... stays in the same seat?
He's sitting higher than Karatsu. Is he perching on a thigh there??

KCDS was cancelled after volume 21 and I don't know why. Otsuka and Yamazaki released 3 volumes of another manga (Yata was in it!) and then KCDS returned! There was a timeskip and now Karatsu’s a criminal and Sasaki’s rich!
