One of the difficulties here was that the river bed actually has a knick, which is not often the case with braided rivers.

Ik geniet van het geluk van anderen, een jongetje die met zijn moeder boodschappen doet en zijn karretje vol heeft met een pak luiers. Het zijn bij mij kleine dingen, een oma die bij de kassa staat en niet genoeg geld heeft voor een reep chocola waardoor ik knik naar de cassierre, ik betaal dat wel.

Daar bij kilometer 58 gaan wij het Onderste Bosch in, eerst naar het zuidoosten, daarna, met een flinke knik, naar het noordoosten. Zo komen we in Maastricht wel aan de 100 kilometer.
