I know that "luck about to run out" feeling. I caved in last year & bought a new Mac laptop (£900 from KRCS), my previous one had long outlived its natural life. I was hesitant but I'm glad i did, it's fast & smooth, even new PCs seem slow & clunky by comparison. Adapter for ethernet, etc tho'.
