Even in Kaliningrad/Koenigsberg - the Russian oblast completely surrounded by NATO territory - the fuel shortages have taken hold.

For the Kremlin, this is the 2nd or 3rd most important region.
The queues stretch far longer than can be seen here.

The two Moscow airports have reopened.

Pulkovo in St Petersburg remains closed.
Kaliningrad/Koenigsberg is also shut - flights from there head straight into Leningrad region.

Airspace in the region has been closed, affecting departures from Kaliningrad/Koenigsberg, but nearby St Petersburg airport is still operating for now.

Another suspected Russian drone has fallen on NATO territory.

Police in Poland say it's a military surveillance drone and not for combat use.

It was found near the border with the Russian exclave of Koenigsberg (Kaliningrad).

St Petersburg airport's already been shut for 2 hours. Kaliningrad/Koenigsberg airport is also affected as planes there can only head through that airspace.

Ukraine's drones are causing problems in the Leningrad/St Petersburg area. It's led to aircraft from Koenigsberg (Kaliningrad) being unable to take off as that's the only airspace it can use.

Two of Moscow's airports are restricted too, while Yaroslavl + Cherepovets are shut.

Ukraine's intelligence agency says it managed to sabotage power sources in Koenigsberg/Kaliningrad, the exclave surrounded by Poland and Lithuania.

Agents allegedly drained coolant from a transformer and set the industrial substation on fire at 4am yesterday, though this cannot be verified.

A helicopter has crashed on landing in Koenigsberg/Kaliningrad, Russia's exclave surrounded by Poland and Lithuania.

Bad weather is blamed, news agencies say 23 people were on board but no-one was injured.

There are no photos and Russia does not say if it was a military Mi-8.
