On n’est pas resté longtemps (étape d’un road trip de qques jours), mais j’ai adoré le peu que j’ai vu. Ambiance très particulière : aucun bâtiment ancien, un parc magnifique, et le poids du passé qui se mélange avec une vraie douceur de vivre. C’était un super moment. Je note pour Kamotsuru.

It's a 2-hour tour where you go to seven sake breweries in the area, learning about the process to make sake and tasting different kinds from the different companies. I tasted sake from: Kamotsuru Fukubijin Kamoizumi Hakubotan Kirei Saijotsuru Sanyotsuru My top 3 Sake on the day My top 3 favourite were the Hakubotan sake plum wine fusion, special Junmai-shu Himeama from Fukubijin and the Komotsuru Daijonjo Tokusei Gold.
