There's good cycling infrastructure pretty much the whole way to Kiili, and since they rebuilt the Kangru junction, you don't even need to remember where to turn: this is now the primary route.

I swung by the library to get a photo of their bike parking (Bad bad bad, though I've seen even worse).
Kiili Library, with metal steps and a metal ramp for access. There are a bunch of bike parking spaces, but they're clearly designed by someone who hates cyclists: close together wheel-benders of alternating height. They look quite new, which in some ways makes it even worse, as it's very well known by now how terrible this style of bike rack is.
