Upon Kankakei Gorge you can view the landscape to look down Ikeda Bay (池田湾) similar to what was seen from Togawa clan's villa. Even a whistle of a ferry reaches the top of the mountain to synchronize with a scene in AveMujica. What a small beautiful world.

Mt. Mikasa (三笠山) on Kankakei Gorge (寒霞渓), where Sakiko and Hatsune gazed at stars lying on the bench together in their childhood. Thanks to an another observatory famous for tourists located far away, this peak is kept tranquil—it's a sanctuary for two little stars.

I visited the island when I was a teenager, but I missed that temple (I recall having been told that the Kankakei aerial tram was down that day for maintenance). 🫤
