Beim Stand UP Paddel steht man auf einem aufblasbaren Board und paddelt.

Man kann auch sitzen. Habe Kanupaddel und Sitz immer bei.

In sauberen Gewässern, ohne Strömung, kann man auch liegen und chillen.

Meistens mache ich ein Picknick auf dem Gewässer. Highlight überhaupt.
