Sandy Horne spotted this Rakali between Frome Road Bridge and University Footbridge in Red Gum Park/Karrawirra (Park 12). Rakali (Hydromys chrysogaster) are larger than a house rat, with webbed feet and white-tipped tail.

The beautifully restored Victorian glasshouse, imported from Bremen in 1875, the Palm House in Adelaide Botanic Garden (Park 11) is believed to be the only one of its kind still standing.

Yesterday morning was perfect for a run. We cyclists had to wait for several minutes as the Parkrunners made their way from Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli (Park 27) and crossed into John E. Brown Park (Park 27A).
