옛고영을 보낸 이후 처음이다.
집 정리 후 고영님을 모셔도 좋겠다 생각이 든 건.
사실 가구도 다 갖다 버리고
책이랑 옷가지를 최소한의 가구에 수납한 다음
광활한 공간에 고영친화 가구만 두어개 들일까 싶음.
지금껏 홀로 서 있던 원목 캣타워의
쓸모를 찾아주고 싶기도 하고.
한편으로는 집을 비운다면
지금이야말로 모험을 떠날 기회다 싶기도 하고.
새해 들어서 유독 싱숭생숭하다.

새해가 되었으니 새해 다짐 한 마디.
사실 병휴직 쓰기 전까지 나는
직장 생활에 에너지의 130~140%를 쏟았다.
승진도 안 할 거면서 야근 밥 먹듯 하고
내 업무에 혼자 금장식 은장식을 붙이고
굳이 할 일을 추가하며 정성을 들였던 바보.
뒤늦게 내가 찍은 내 발등에 빨간 약 바르고
몸을 치료하며 뼈저리게 깨달았지.
다시는 그렇게 살지 않겠다고.
이번에 복직하면서 어리바리 부캐를 장착
몇 달 열심히 몰입한 결과를 보아하니
매우 성공적인 것 같아 만족한다.
동료나 상급자에게 불안한 존재로 인식되었달까.
