Thanks to the @kelloggfoundation I got the opportunity to lead the first ever Artivism + Community digital painting brainstorm at the Every Child Thrives Festival @ the OPC! At ALA, 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑾𝒆 was awarded the @janeaddamspeaceassociation Children’s Book Award, and the Sibert Honor.
