If y’all want super smooth and soft feet, slap some Kerasal on them and immediately put socks on after(because you will become a fall hazard). Best done overnight for as many nights as you can tolerate, or until you reach desired results

Feet are super important in my practice and i pay a lot of attention to the feets....and toe nails.
This is my all time favorite foot soak.
Also fights fungal issues.

This was my old Essential List, but Neutrogena done killed off the lotion so it's all Shea butter + Aveeno now. Maybe lanolin for cold/winter months. I also like Kerasal, which someone else mentioned, but if I forget it for a week I'll be fine and if I forget to oil after getting my nails wet for a week I'll really notice that they don't feel right

i’ve not had that exact issue but i had some really bad nail breaks a couple of which i’m still recovering from. i used these patches when things were most damaged and they helped a bit

soak in warm jojoba, avocado, or sunflower oil for 5 minutes a hand once a week or so. and use kerasal foot ointment (contains glycerin, urea, and salicylic acid) on the hands and nails overnight whenever you can. also wear gloves to wash the dishes

Today I managed to get my gel polish removed, order kerasal to try and mitigate the damage from said gel polish, have lunch with my family, go to goodwill (they didn’t have shit) listen to 4 chapters of House of Psychotic Women (it fucking rules) and do laundry

I've been having problems with brittle nails and tried Kerasal that's recommended in this video. It's been surprisingly effective, but the downside is that press-ons won't stick. I haven't tried polish or acrylic yet. I didn't know that nails fell under dermatology.
