I don't think I like #KeyboundBrawler and for a very specific reason: Wanting to Win, but playing with people, who barely participate leads to failing. We still get points, but it feels discouraging to play through the mode like it's a slog when it isn't supposed to be.

for those doing Keybound Brawler, if you don't have an accent key on your keyboard (I don't) the alt-code for the ä in Doppelgänger is alt+0228, just hold down alt, type those numbers on the numpad, then release alt. its dumb, but it'll let you progress past that word. #ffxiv #keyboundbrawler

Even stranger than the people who join #KeyboundBrawler groups and then don't type anything, there's one guy I've seen several times now who is absolutely, definitely cheating. Like, stage 3 where you're entering whole sentences, he's shooting multiple times per second. Like... why. #FFXIV

I can also confirm that yes, the Avalanche Brawler's Top indeed makes them a bit bigger, and it has physics that are best displayed at 60 FPS.

They got that much right, at least.
