As a local resident, I'd also love to see a veg stall and other more practical stalls to accompany the stalls of sweets, baked goods and knick knacks.

Perhaps Styan Family Produce who run stalls at Kings Norton, Kings Heath and Moseley Farmers Markets?

UP Vacation: the end

Thu was our last night, so Fri AM we packed up & cleaned out before driving home, without any more adventures worth reporting.

But we did have a peek in the creepy basement before we left. Perhaps if you're snowed in, it might keep you entertained until the roads get cleared!
Zeena rests on her dog mat to the side of the arched fireplace in the cabin. The scene is dark, lit only by the gas fire burning brightly. A narrow tripod light stand with shelves holding knick-knacks. The top shelf holds a wooden tree cutout with a moose in front and a laser-etched block of clear plastic with trees and a bear. The middle shelf holds a Tonttu, a house elf with a traditional tall pointy red hat showing only their big nose poking out underneath and two long braids of yarn. the body is squat, made of Nordic sweater patterned material, and a couple of wooden paddle feet sticking out the bottom. The bottom shelf holds a stuffed deer with tall stick legs, the body made out of black and white gingham fabric and a white scarf around its neck. This animal was one of the toys Zeena decided to play with on arrival, and survived vivisection only by spending the rest of our trip on the top of the refrigerator. The creepy unfinished basement under the cabin we stayed. At the bottom of the bare wood stairs is a washing machine and two dryers, a cheap fake wooden cabinet and a round wooden table with a plastic card game surface on top, 8-sided, with a green fabric center and indentations on each of the 8 sides for players' chips and a drink. The other corner of the creepy cabin basement has a low octagonal bumper pool table, a foosball table, a dart board mounted to the cinder block wall, surrounded by carpet foam (whether to protect the wall or the darts or both, who knows), an old stacked tool chest with wide drawers & other junk.

UP Vacation: the end.

Thursday night was our last in this cozy little cabin in the woods. We'd have loved to stay longer, but we had to make room for new guests moving in over the weekend. So, Friday morning we packed up and cleaned up, removing the husky […]

Placed all my bits back in the cabinet. As some of you know, I make beaded jewellery, and needed somewhere to store it, that doesn't attract dust (my least favourite household chore is dusting 🫣😆), and this cabinet fits the bill perfectly. It also increases the storage spece of the dresser.
Pictured is a recently refurbished cabinet, doors open, filled with personal effects, including perfume, jewellery, makeup, and assorted knick-knacks. For lighting, I used two rechargeable LED "lamp" bulbs that you can either use as E27 bulbs in lamps that don't need to be plugged in, and the screw-in part attaches to the bulb magnetically. You can thus remove the bulb from the screw-in section, and using a metal disk that is supplied with the bulb, attach the bulb to any surface, as the metal disk has a sticky side that you can apply to your desired surface. The bulb also has a handy little hook, so it can also be hung up - I loved the multipurpose nature, and as they are rechargeable, they're also eco-friendly and economical, so a thumbs-up from me! The cabinet is now shown with the doors closed, which helps keep dust off my treasures! I forgot to mention that the lights also come with a handy little remote, where you can set the brightness levels, the light intensity, and also set a timer, so the lights are great for using at night, before bed, when you're about to drift off to sleep, and you don't need to get out of bed to turn the lights off, or reach out of cosy covers - perfect for winter. 😊

Still working on 56/64 sentai ring ones, and 36 wizard ring one. hell, working on getting consistency on the upright printing plates is still a pain as I found new defects. but still, it's wanted.

Third: return of the Shugod soul display plates.
...no-one bought these, and I'm not sure why. I thought the shugod souls sold.
If these go unsold again, I'll just throw the design up on Cults and be done with it. I like these plates.

Four 📽 Faves: Clive Owen

Happy Birthday, 10/3/64, to the reliable Owen. He can lend gravitas to even silliest of stories!

1998 Croupier (where I developed a bit of a crush)
2001 Gosford Park
2004 Closer
2006 Children of Men

Bonus 📺: Medical drama The Knick (2014-15) goes hard.
