Haven’t posted any sourdough pictures recently & Sunday is baking day. I’ve been thinking about buying a flour mill for home use after trying a friend’s bread made with fresh ground wheat berries & spelt. It tasted extremely fresh/flavorful and almost sweet. Komo, nutrimill or wondermill? Thoughts?
