…I really do need to write a story about Daesong Kim bonding with a young J. Kim-Michaels, because if you don’t mind that character being koryosaram - a korean immigrant to Russia - this is him.
I hope one day western media makes a character who’s Russian immigrant who’s well and soft spoken, openly and radically against poison and Russian imperialism above everything else, who’s intelligent, very well read, polite and comes from an intellectual or artistic field. Who’s origin is not from

(And like… I’m not Korean, but my adoptive brother IS, and that’s why Deedee’s father Daesong Kim is koryosaram Ashkie. If I didn’t have a general policy of her media being 5-7 milliKurisu’s from reality I’d namedrop this movie in book 3-4.)
