You have far less control over the type of person your kid becomes than you think. It's not nearly as much about you as you imagine.
Create the best environment you can, be as supportive and kind and nurturing as you can. Most of it is out of your hands.

Also, teach kids to write and take notes....and teach them how to study. The information is never fully processed when you put it on a screen in front of them. Copying and pasting text is less meaningful than physically writing it down, and forcing your brain to engage with the text.
