according to Pfizer the ld50 of oral estradiol varies depending on what I assume is different pill medium but is at least 2000-10000mg/kg in rats

Not exclusively. A measure of toxicity is the LD50 (lethal dose to kill 50% of the test population). Apparently, it takes less salt to kill vs glyphosate.
Note that this is ONLY lethality. Which I question as a measure of safety since a compound can wreak havoc on your body before it kills you 🤪
