I am currently on 3/9 heroic, 3/9 LFR and 8/9 normal. So I can choose to either upgrade these wrists that are otherwise useless to me, to unlock the full normal and LFR set, or I can upgrade a piece that actually benefits me, but miss out on the LFR colours for even longer.
