"atproto LFS" 🤔
My thought right now is to create a separate, off-protocol solution for now, similar to how @iame.li is storing @stream.place VODs, or how @tangled.org is using Knots to store git repos.

This is the hallmark of a good LFS. (Local fish store)
I would have repeat customers for livestock (and even supplies!) when I worked at a pet store because I was always honest about stuff they could just get cheaper at Home Depot etc. This was pre-amazon etc.
