Malgré son image pionnière en Asie, Taïwan voit sa communauté LGBTI+ confrontée à des discriminations et à des revendications insatisfaites. Le 31 octobre, la marche des fiertés a été l’occasion de rappeler les combats qui restent à mener et de demander aux responsables politiques davantage d’engagement.

Actually we need to care because Tóibín’s war on woke is shorthand for a war on women’s rights, trans rights, broader LGBTI+ rights, migrant rights - in short it’s a war on social justice / social inclusion & equity from the misogynist, LGBT-phobic, racist right. We must resist at all costs.

Can't find my source for it right now but I've got a timeline for various things trans things that puts "GLBT" showing up around 1988 and Q & I being added & that you started to see LGBTQ and LGBTI alongside LGBT, GLBT, and G&L by 1996 which fits with my hazy memory
