Trump is reported to want to sue over South Park saying he has a tiny penis.

That would be funny for two reasons:(1) discovery; and (2) truth is an absolute defense in defamation actions.

Whether it's an "overnight TRO and bureaucracy" issue or malicious compliance, this isn't the most unreasonable explanation.

That said, it is procedurally questionable for this not to be submitted as an exhibit to a filing signed by a lawyer.

That said, PACER was down, so that could explain that.
