It's on BGA if you'd like to try it without tracking down a copy.
I didn't enjoy my plays of Barenpark, but I'm grateful for it because some games I enjoy a lot would probably not exist without it? I prefer New York Zoo, Llamaland (another Walker-Harding!) and Grand Carnival for similar vibes.

Come Fly With Me
Frank Sinatra
Come fly with me let's fly, let's fly away
If you can use some exotic booze there's a bar in far Bombay
Come on fly with me we'll float down in the blue
Fly with me float down to Peru
In llamaland there's a one man band and he'll toot his flute for you

Next up today was #Llamaland. A finds shapes difficult so we only have a couple of polyomnino games. Always nice to see the landscape develop and of course admire all the lovely wooden llamas!

Cada uno despide el año a su manera. En casa, con una partida de Llamaland.
Feliz año a todos.

A light game night with friends. The tiles in Llamaland are the best kind of awkwardly shaped, forcing awkward placement. The bids in Cat Blues need to be balanced with what cards you are spending vs what you gain. Both will make you gripe and moan, in the way a good game does #boardgame

M decided they wanted a game of Llamaland. Whilst A enjoys the game they find shapes quite challenging. Fun was had as we made landscapes and grew plants to feed our llamas. Putting down scoring tokens before the end of the game adds some focus.

But that’s not all 2021 had in store. At Lookout, we’ve always had a soft spot for cute animals - from sheep and little birds to koalas. Phil Walker-Harding shares that soft spot, and after Bärenpark, he introduced us to another group of furry friends: the cuddliest llamas of 🔸 Llamaland 🔸!

Are you a fan of point'n'click video games? Some of us definitely are! So, when Friedemann Findeisen came to us with an idea - why not create an interactive adventure book that feels like the old PC classics? - we were instantly hooked.

I tried some new games today.
Nova Era is an okay game for me but I don't like it enough to add it to my collection.
Llamaland is pretty good, I won it today 😂 I just really love a good polyomino game.
Toy Battle is surprisingly simple and really good. I think I want to grab a copy.
