That's not how things work. Every multifamily project, even within the same "company", is legally and business-wise an island. Each has its own set of LLCs, investors, and managers focused only on maximizing their own profits.

Fortunately, there was a program for single entity LLCs that made it to a more “reasonable” 2000… (same insurer/coverage/deductibles). Yeah, it’s messed up

You used to be able to search NM LLCs on the Secretary of State's website. You could search by LLC name, or you could enter the name of an individual and find all LLCs they were associated with. Anyone aware of a way to do that still?

I know more than a few people who have very anonymous LLCs that own their house specifically because they’ve had parents who could not be trusted with even that limited amount of data.
