Yeah, good point, it happened a bit when I was a teen in Walthamstow but kids only started knocking on doors in the block when the street in Hackney became an LTN.

Visited an historic LTN.
Really unpopular, no one visits.
And what about the disabled? It's so hilly?
Turns out they have micro mobility sorted with electric golf carts and a right sized mini mini bus.
