it's really fascinating and affirming that our height can change in a dream. one of our favourite things is when we get to meet another heartmate face to face with independent bodies. when we become lucid we're always too fascinated by the hallucination to remember what to do next.

Good tip, but I've got past the descriptions of the sleep paralysis hallucinations that were really alarming to me and am now at lucid dreaming. Can I just say that I think that you're an exceptionally brave person dealing with a history of Covert Narcisstic Abuse (imo) alongside your Parasomnias.
