OLS alleged that Amazon Flex again failed to provide a deactivated worker with the required process under the App-Based Worker Deactivation Rights Ordinance. It agreed to restart the deactivation process & pay $1,278.16, including $639.08 in civil penalties & $639.08 in fines.
