A good day on bikes...a good day with friends...a good day outdoors. Being in #nature and riding bikes is one of my favourite things to do. Tuesday's ride above #LadysmithBC was fun and I've been really enjoying all the new #mountainbike trails being built by locals the past year. #vancouverisland

Big climbs and chunky roads were the ingredients for an afternoon in the backcountry this past Monday. Grinded out 62km on gravel roads and decommissioned overgrown spurs to link up a loop to Holland Lake and back. #gravelbike #biketooter #vancouverisland #cycling #ladysmithbc
