The Iceberg REST spec defines paths but not where they mount, so pg_lake hardcoded Polaris. Snowflake's pg_lake 3.5 takes a base URI instead: Postgres now reads Lakekeeper and Nessie too.

Version 3.5 drops that assumption: Lakekeeper and Nessie work too, and the catalog decides who sees what, vending storage credentials per request.
